Building Bridges

Raising up and sending out leaders and influencers to build bridges into every sphere of our society, positively influencing and impacting culture.

Building bridges on a micro and macro level through missional living, relationship, strategic partnership, advocacy and entrepreneurship.

Reaching everyone, everywhere with God’s love, hope and kindness. Building bridges into hearts and lives – nobody is out of bounds or off limits.

Creating Culture

Being agents of transformation, carrying the kingdom and setting the atmosphere wherever we are planted.

Cultivating an environment where all can grow and flourish, with equal value and opportunity.

Developing healthy, organic relationships with God and with one another.

We are 24/7 worshippers – We have a song in every season. We are presence-centred. We walk the talk, living a life of worship for an audience of one.

We are life speakers – We wake the dawn, speaking life and bringing light into dark places and situations.

We are faith-filled – We look beyond ruins to see God’s kingdom potential and life. We follow Jesus wherever he leads.

Building Bridges

We are missional - We carry God’s kingdom wherever we are, tearing down barriers and building bridges to make Jesus accessible to everyone.

We are innovators – Not imitators, pioneering new blueprints and creating culture instead of replicating other models.

We are equippers – Raising up and releasing others is a core value at Skylark International. We intentionally invest into those around us, calling out potential and creating space for leaders of all shapes and sizes to flourish.
